The receptionists Claudia and the patience care coordinator Jessie along with patience coordinator Cristina are very warm and efficient, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Dr. Ivan Parra is exceptional. Not only is he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain each procedure and answer any questions I have. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for his patients are evident in every visit. I've had a couple of treatments done, and each one has been handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. The office itself is immaculate and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making every visit smooth and stress-free.
